• [ ] Open Questions table: ID / Question / Why It Matters / Owner / Blocks Next Step.

Content

• [ ] Business objective + expected outcome stated hoặc flagged Open Question.
• [ ] Users / roles identified hoặc flagged.
• [ ] Mỗi candidate labeled: Fact / Assumption / Open Question / Recommendation.
• [ ] Solution ideas NOT treated as confirmed requirements.

Open Questions

• [ ] Mỗi OQ specific và answerable (không hỏi vague).
• [ ] Mỗi OQ có "Why It Matters".
• [ ] Blocking OQs marked Blocks Next Step = Yes.
• [ ] [BLOCK] Có blocking OQ về objective / scope / core rule / users → KHÔNG tạo BRD.

Delivery

• [ ] Files saved hoặc BA được hỏi về việc lưu.
• [ ] BA confirmation requested trước khi chuyển sang BRD.
