Checklist: Generate BRD

BRD Scope (CRITICAL)

• [ ] [BLOCK] Chỉ chứa: business problem, business objectives, business rules. KHÔNG chứa: Expected Behavior, state machine, UI mechanism, API flow, implementation detail.
• [ ] [BLOCK] Thông tin chưa rõ → Open Question. KHÔNG viết vào BRD dù là placeholder/assumption.
• [ ] Solution ideas NOT treated as approved requirements.

Structure

• [ ] Template sections present: metadata / overview / glossary / objectives / scope / requirements / NFR / assumptions / success criteria / open questions / references.
• [ ] Scope: In / Out / Potential clearly separated.
• [ ] Stakeholders / users identified hoặc flagged.

Content

• [ ] Business objective + problem + expected outcome clear.
• [ ] Requirements business-readable (không prescribe implementation).
• [ ] Mỗi requirement labeled: Fact (source) hoặc Assumption.
• [ ] Success criteria measurable (có thể kiểm tra được).
• [ ] NFRs captured nếu relevant.
• [ ] Open questions có owner + blocking flag.

Delivery

• [ ] Correct folder / version.
• [ ] Gate 1 summary prepared for BA.
